It added that Samsung aims to "capitalise on the special effects of the upcoming Paris Olympics" slated to begin on July 26.The report suggests that the devices will be lighter and thinner than their predecessors and come equipped with Galaxy AI, like the Galaxy S24 series launched in January .
It is not clear yet if the tech giant will introduce any new AI capabilities or build on the ones that it revealed earlier.Since launching the Galaxy Z series in 2020, Samsung has held the second Galaxy Unpacked event in August but decided to change the trend last year and launch the Galaxy Fold5 and Galaxy Flip5 on July 26.Apart from the foldables, Samsung is also likely to unveil the Galaxy Ring — the smart ring to measure health metrics, which was teased at the January Galaxy Unpacked event and showcased at Mobile World Congress in February.
