Ahead of the launch, the rumour mill has started churning details about the Galaxy S25 Ultra, which may be significant design details.
In a recent post on X (formerly called Twitter), tipster Ice Universe claimed the company could introduce rounded corners like the Galaxy Note 7 on the upcoming Galaxy S25 Ultra.

In a recent post on X (formerly called Twitter), tipster Ice Universe claimed the company could introduce rounded corners like the Galaxy Note 7 on the upcoming Galaxy S25 Ultra.
While the S Pen will remain in place, the device will lose out on Galaxy S24 Ultra-like sharp corners, the tipster noted. Among other notable changes could be a thinner body compared to the latest Ultra. It could have a thickness of 8.4mm, which could make it "the thinnest S Ultra model in recent years". For context, the S24 Ultra measures 8.6mm in thickness.

If the rumours prove correct, this could imply an S21 Ultra-like design and a design language like the anticipated Galaxy S25 and Galaxy S25 Plus. As for other details, the handset is expected to sport a 6.9-inch OLED screen and run on Qualcomm chipset. While Samsung is reportedly considering MediaTek and Exynos chips for its upcoming flagship devices, the S25 Ultra will likely get a Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 chipset.

The device could use titanium for the frame and glass on the rear. As for the optics, the flagship could get 200MP main, 50MP ultrawide and 50MP telephoto cameras to complete the quad camera setup, according to 91Mobiles. It may offer a 5,500mAh battery with 65W wired and 25W wireless charging.

Meanwhile, as we are months away from the possible launch of the S25 Ultra, the rumour mill has leaked several details about the next Galaxy Unpacked. Samsung may announce the Galaxy Z Fold 6, Galaxy Z Flip 6, Galaxy Watch 7, Galaxy Watch Ultra, Galaxy Buds 3 series and the much-awaited Galaxy Ring on July 10.
