It gives an energy score at the start of the day that is based on several parameters such as sleep efficiency, heart rate, stress, vitality, mental alertness, etc. The score helps the wearer decide whether to configure the day so as to relax a little or tackle tasks with vigour. The ring has three major sensors and syncs with the health app on the phone. It generates motivational advice in the app and manages to last a week on a charge. Meant to be worn all day and even be a sleep tracker, the ring looks at simplifying wellness.
