According to the rumours, the Galaxy Watch 7 series will release on July 10. The rumour has it that the upcoming Galaxy Watch 7 series will sport a new chipset with a fast charging technique. While the series is expected to bring in many updates, here are the details of AI-powered health tracking features.

One of the most interesting upgrades, Energy Score is a feature that helps the users get a better understanding of their daily condition through a combined analysis of personal health metrics. For this analysis, the watch will use sleep, heart and activity data. This feature will keep track of sleeping time, bedtime consistency, waking up consistency, and will even compare today's score to the previous day.

Additionally, the Energy Score will record the sleeping heart rate and heart rate variability. The feature is expected to provide more comprehensive health insights.

The next feature, Wellness Tips will help the user achieve their personal goals by offering insights, motivational tips and guidance based on the specific goal the user is looking to achieve.

Samsung has also announced that with the help of AI developments, the sleep tracking algorithms will improve as well. The series will offer new in-depth insights like movement during sleep, heart rate, respiratory rate during sleep and sleep latency.

Good news for cyclists and athletes, the upcoming Galaxy Watch will get a new Personalised Health Rate Zone and Functional Threshold Power metrics which will help users train like a professional.

Last but not the least, the Workout Routine feature will help the users by making a personalised workout experience by including several sets of exercises. While only a few will get access in June in the beta program, Samsung will make these features available on the upcoming Galaxy Watch series via One UI 6 Watch.

As per the rumours, the Samsung Galaxy Watch 7 Ultra might be the same size as the Galaxy Watch 6 Classic. As a upgrade, the upcoming series will have an additional third button. This button might offer an additional functionality, similar to the Action Button on the Apple Watch Ultra.

The leaks also suggest that this Galaxy Watch 7 Ultra is expected to have more integrated watch bands with two button-like elements at the top and bottom.
