Semiconductor Maker Unisoc Introduces T760 Chipset In India To Improve 5G Experience

Semiconductor company, Unisoc, launched its T760 chipset in India with the aim of making 5G more accessible in the country. In the Indian market, 5G smartphones now account for more than half of all smartphone shipments, with the number of 5G users surpassing 100 million. As a provider of the technology, Unisoc is expanding its lineup of 5G products. The T760 chipset features 6nm EUV process technology and incorporates Arm's 4xA76+4xA55 quad big core + quad minor core architecture, along with an Arm Mali-G57 MC4 GPU, the company said. Additionally, it utilises a multi-mode integrated innovative architecture and AI intelligent adjustment technology, reducing overall power consumption in 5G data scenarios and 5G standby scenarios, thereby improving the battery life.

As a provider of the technology, Unisoc is expanding its lineup of 5G products. The company is collaborating with original equipment manufacturers to bring the T760 to the Indian market.

The T760 chipset features 6nm EUV process technology and incorporates Arm's 4xA76+4xA55 quad big core + quad minor core architecture, along with an Arm Mali-G57 MC4 GPU, the company said. It supports Hard Decode/4K@30fps encoding and decoding, and is compatible with FHD+ resolution displays as well as 120Hz refresh rates. These specifications improve gaming experiences, offering players immersive content and entertainment.

Scoring over 510,000 points on Antutu V10, the T760 offers high-definition gaming, multitasking, photography, and video recording tasks. The chipset also features a dedicated neural processing unit for better artificial intelligence performance, offering AI computing power of 3.2 TOPS.

The T760 is equipped with Unisoc's Vivimagic 6.0 imaging engine and Acutelogic 3A technology, supporting ultra-clear quad cameras with up to 64MP pixels. Additionally, it utilises a multi-mode integrated innovative architecture and AI intelligent adjustment technology, reducing overall power consumption in 5G data scenarios and 5G standby scenarios, thereby improving the battery life.
