Solos, a company known for making smart glasses, recently unveiled AirGo Vision, a new pair of smart glasses powered by OpenAI’s latest large language model (LLM) – GPT-4o.
Similar to other products by the company, AirGo Vision also comes with swappable frames so you can easily detach the camera in case you don’t need it.
Even if you detach the camera, the smart glasses will still offer AI-powered functionalities that rely on audio input.
Solos says the AirGo Vision is also compatible with popular AI models like Gemini and Claude, which can also be used to get information about what the user is looking at.
For example, you can ask the smart glasses for directions to a place, summarise shopping, ask for recipes, and more.
