Taiwanese PC maker GIGABYTE launches a 49-inch gaming monitor in India: Check details here

Taiwan-based PC manufacturer GIGABYTE, on Wednesday (April 24), unveiled its AORUS CO49DQ QD-OLED gaming monitor. The monitor, which features a 49-inch extra-wide curved QD-OLED display, is priced at a starting point of ₹1,29,000. Beyond gaming, the monitor caters to productivity tasks with its equivalent screen space of two 27-inch monitors in 16:9 format. The AORUS CO49DQ boasts a 144Hz refresh rate and a 0.03ms response time. Additionally, the AORUS CO49DQ also houses built-in 5-watt speakers and a built-in power supply, reducing cable clutter.

Taiwan-based PC manufacturer GIGABYTE, on Wednesday (April 24), unveiled its AORUS CO49DQ QD-OLED gaming monitor.

The monitor, which features a 49-inch extra-wide curved QD-OLED display, is priced at a starting point of ₹1,29,000. It will be available online and at authorised GIGABYTE dealerships across India starting April 31.

Its highlights include a Dual Quad High Definition (DQHD) display, a 32:9 aspect ratio and a 10-bit display that covers 99% of the DCI-P3 colour space. Beyond gaming, the monitor caters to productivity tasks with its equivalent screen space of two 27-inch monitors in 16:9 format.

Supriya Gawde Mankame, Assistant General Manager at GIGABYTE India, underscored the monitor's versatility, stating, "With the increasing demand for AI and OLED technology, GIGABYTE is committed to meeting customers' requirements by not only offering state-of-the-art technology but also with its robust support and service to enhance the customer experience with a 5120x1440 curved OLED monitor."

The AORUS CO49DQ boasts a 144Hz refresh rate and a 0.03ms response time.

Innovative features, like the exclusive KVM switch, enable seamless switching between multiple devices using the same keyboard and mouse, complemented by picture-in-picture (PiP) and picture-by-picture (PbP) modes. It comes with two HDMI 2.1 and a DisplayPort 1.4 port.

Additionally, the AORUS CO49DQ also houses built-in 5-watt speakers and a built-in power supply, reducing cable clutter.
