Tata Motors Q4 2024 quarterly results date and time, dividend news: The quarterly earnings season for Q4 FY24 for the Indian listed companies has already started. One of India's biggest automobile manufacturing companies, Tata motors on Monday shared that its board of directors is set to meet next month to consider and approve the financial results for the fourth quarter and the financial year ended March 31, 2024.

In an exchange filing, Tata Motors informed that a meeting of its Board of Directors will be held on Friday, May 10, 2024, to consider and approve standalone and consolidated audited financial results for the fourth quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2024.

In addition to the quarterly earnings, the Tata Motors is also set to announce dividend for the shareholders.
“... recommend a dividend, if any, on the Ordinary Shares and ‘A’ Ordinary Shares in the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2024, for the approval of the shareholders at the forthcoming 79th Annual General Meeting of the Company.,” the company said.
