Vivo X Fold 3 Pro: Expected specifications
The Vivo X Fold 3 Pro, as a global variant, will be the first foldable device to incorporate a Carbon Fibre Keel in its hinge, balancing lightweight design with durability. Tested by TV Rheinland, it is certified to last for 12 years withstanding 500,000 folds. The device features a 6.53-inch cover display and an 8.03-inch inner AMOLED LTPO folding display, both offering 24802200 resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, Dolby Vision, HDR10+ support, and 4,500 nits peak brightness.
In a recent teaser, Vivo also showcased the phone's sleek design, ZEISS optics for its camera system, and its impressive lightweight of 236 grams with a folded thickness of 11.2mm. This is made possible by the 14.98-gram carbon fibre hinge.
Powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC and an Adreno GPU, it includes up to 16GB LPDDR5X RAM and up to 1TB UFS4.0 storage. Running on OriginOS 4 based on Android 14, it ensures a smooth user experience. For photography, the X Fold 3 Pro includes a 50-megapixel ultra-sensing main camera with OIS, a 64MP 3x telephoto lens, a 50-megapixel ultra-wide lens, and a V3 imaging chip. A 32-megapixel front camera is provided for selfies and video calls.
Vivo X Fold 3 Pro: Expected India price
The Vivo X Fold 3 Pro will be sold via Flipkart, Vivo India's online store, and offline retailers. In China, it is priced at 9,999 yuan (approximately Rs 1.17 lakh) and is expected to be priced around Rs 1.2 lakh in India.
