Digital Chat Station, a well-known Weibo leaker, has spilled the beans on the Vivo X100s just a day before the official launch. As per the tipster, the upcoming Android flagship will come with a 6.78-inch display with an under-display fingerprint scanner.
Vivo has already confirmed that the X100s and X100s Pro will pack the Dimensity 9300+, the latest flagship SoC from MediaTek. Digital Chat Station claims that this SoC will be paired with up to 16 GB of RAM and 1 TB of storage. All of the internals are said to be powered by a battery that can charge at 100 watts.
But what’s more interesting about the leak is that it has shared the camera details of the Vivo X100s. Digital Chat Station claims that the phone will sport two 50 MP and one 64 MP camera on the back. The last one is said to be a periscope sensor with 3x optical zoom.
As for the front, the leak states that the X100s will have a 32 MP selfie shooter. There will also be a dedicated V2 imaging chip, which is known for delivering great image processing. Vivo has recently shared some image samples captured by the phone (attached at the end), and they seem very promising.
Other highlights from the leak include ZEISS T* coating on the lens that optimizes light efficiency and transmission, a 7.8 mm thickness, and a relatively lightweight build that weighs 203 grams. We still don’t know the starting price of the Vivo X100s, but there’s no need to wait long as the phone will be fully revealed tomorrow.
