The list includes models from Samsung, Motorola, Huawei, Sony, LG, and also Apple. So it’s recommended to check the list below to find out whether or not you should change your mobile device to continue using WhatsApp device safely. Interestingly, some devices in the list are old, but due to the decent hardware or the inability to upgrade, some users are still using the messaging app through them. Currently, WhatsApp only recommends using the app if you have a device with Android 5.0 (or later) or an iPhone with iOS 12 (or later).
