2024 Yamaha Fascino 125 launch
Yamaha launched the new S variant of the Fascino 125 with an addition of a new ‘Answer Back’ feature. This function allows the owners to locate their scooter from a distance by activating both side indicators and the horn for close to two seconds. To avail of this feature, the users need to install the ‘Yamaha Scooter Answer Back’ application from Google Playstore/App Store and press the answer back option on the app.
2024 Bajaj Pulsar N160
Bajaj introduced a new variant of the Pulsar N160 with upside-down forks up front, Bluetooth connectivity, and ABS modes. It is priced at Rs. 1.40 lakh which makes it the most expensive variant of the motorcycle, sitting above the dual-channel ABS trim which costs 1.33 lakh. The ride modes are essentially ABS modes which vary the level of intervention of this safety aid depending on the riding condition. It comes in three configurations including road, rain, and off-road.
2024 Kawasaki Ninja 300 launch
Kawasaki launched the 2024 edition of the Ninja 300 in India. As has been the brand’s tradition, it has updated the bike only on the visual front by introducing two new colours – Candy Lime Green and Metallic Moondust Gray. While colours with the same names already existed, these get refreshed graphics. The Lime Green trim, meanwhile, continues to be the same for 2024. The price of the bike has remained unchanged at Rs. 3.43 lakh.
BMW R 1300 GS launch
BMW Motorrad launched the R 1300 GS, its latest flagship adventure motorcycle in India. The asking price starts from Rs. 20.95 lakh. Powering the R 1300 GS is a brand new 1,300cc, liquid-cooled, boxer engine that makes 145bhp at 7,750rpm and 149Nm at 6,500rpm and is linked to a six-speed gearbox that uses a shaft drive system. Similarly, every other aspect of the bike like chassis, suspension, and brakes has either gone through a major overhaul or been replaced with new bits.
Ducati Panigale V2 Black launch
Ducati brought the new Black colour of the Panigale V2 to our shores. This is, essentially, the Panigale V2 draped in a gloss black paint with contrasting red coloured stickering on the fairing and fuel tank. This new black colour looks sinister and complements the design of the V2. It should also appeal to those who find the Ducati Red to be too loud for their tastes. However, at Rs 20.98 lakh for the Panigale V2 in this black colour, they’d be shelling out Rs 30,000 over the same bike in Ducati Red.
